All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.
Payments are processed securely through PayFast. Ever Still does not store or have access to your card or banking details. By proceeding to payment you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions. Full payment is required before any order is dispatched.
Delivery terms, timeframes, free shipping thresholds and qualifying area codes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Ever Still is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Our returns and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 are not affected by these terms.
